The Cisco Certified Support Technician certification exams assess your understanding of key network and security concepts, hardware and software support, essential terminology, and mindset. • Expires one year after the date of purchase.
• Please allow up to two days for processing.
• The voucher holder can take one exam.
• If you do not pass the exam, you will be emailed a retake code. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from when your initial exam started. Based on this purchase, you are entitled to 1 retake.
• The voucher can be used to take any one of the available Cisco Certified Support Technician exams: 100-140 CCST IT Support; 100-150 CCST Networking; or 100-160 CCST Cybersecurity
• A proctor service is included for the first exam attempt using the Certiport Compass Cloud: Remote system.
  **If you choose to test with a different test center or in person, you may be required to pay a proctor fee directly to that authorized Certiport test center. **

Retake Policies:

• If a candidate does not achieve a passing score on an exam the first time, the candidate must wait 24 hours before retaking the exam.
• If a candidate does not achieve a passing score the second time, the candidate must wait 2 days (48 hours) before retaking the exam a third time.
• A two-day waiting period will be imposed for each subsequent exam retake.
• There is no annual limit on the number of attempts on the same exam.
• Retake vouchers must be used within 60 days of the initial failed exam. If a retake was purchased, the retake voucher is sent by email after a failed exam.
• If a candidate achieves a passing score on a Cisco exam, the candidate may retake it.
• Test results found to be in violation of this retake policy will result in the candidate not being awarded the attempted credential, regardless of score.
• This policy applies to both voucher-based and site-license-based Certiport Authorized Testing Centers.

CertPREP practice tests for the Cisco Certified Support Technician certification are designed to replicate the certification exam experience so you can better prepare for the exam. The CertPREP practice tests use the same exam format as the Certiport certification exam and are mapped to the certification objectives so you can rest assured that you are practicing the skills that will help you pass the certification exam. Practice tests are offered in two modes:

Testing Mode:

• Test Candidates experience what the certification exams will be like
• Timed practice test that performs just like the actual certification exam

Training Mode:

• Test Candidates work at their own pace as they receive feedback
• They may opt to access step-by-step instructions or help for each question

This CertPREP single title application license allows you to take up to 30 practice tests for one of the available Cisco titles during a one-year period. When the license holder activates this license, you will be able to choose any CertPREP title for Cisco. Once you have chosen a title, the license will then be locked down to allow you to access only the chosen title. After the practice test license is purchased, you will receive an email containing the product code and instructions on how to access the practice tests.
